ATS Announces Leadership Transition in Asphalt Binder Lab

ATS is proud to announce an exciting leadership transition within its Asphalt Binder Lab! Renee Gordon and Sonia Serna have both entered new roles at ATS!

Renee Gordon has been promoted to Binder Lab Manager! During her three years with ATS, Renee has become an invaluable member of the team, consistently demonstrating technical expertise, professionalism, and a strong commitment to both her colleagues and clients. Her ability to lead in a fast-paced lab environment has made her a natural fit for this role, and ATS looks forward to her continued success as she leads the Binder Lab into the future.

Renee's promotion also reflects the exceptional mentorship she has received from Sonia Serna, whose 30+ years of laboratory experience have helped shape the foundation of ATS's laboratory operations. Sonia has established high standards, developed efficient systems, and mentored countless professionals throughout her career, leaving a lasting impact on both the company and the asphalt industry.

"Her significant experience, knowledge, and mentorship will continue to help me build a strong foundation in this role. As Sonia prepares for retirement at the end of the year, she will transition into the role of Quality Assurance Specialist. In this position, she will focus on developing quality assurance and laboratory management training systems, ensuring that the knowledge and expertise she has built over decades will continue to benefit future generations of ATS employees.
